Stephanie is a Certified Health Coach trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, bringing a diverse set of skills to bear upon her client’s needs. Her formal training includes a vast array of dietary theories, practical lifestyle management, innovative coaching methods and exploration of our relationship to food. Her personal expertise and preparation is grounded in a lifetime of healthy, diverse, locally sourced foods and a minimalist “keep it simple” philosophy on eating healthy and eating well.
