How Does it Work?
Every Tennis Conditioning Program is unique and designed for each client. In the simplest terms we assess your general fitness and tennis conditioning level, address any injuries or limitations you may have with your doctor or therapist, consult your tennis pro or coach about your game, talk to you about the goals and desires you have for tennis and make it happen.
An extensive physical screening assessing your tennis fitness level
A personal history of physical activity, injuries, competition and skills
A consultation with your tennis pro or coach if applicable
An assessment of agility, coordination, cardiovascular power, strength, flexibility, speed and quickness
Development of a training program to make you a better tennis player
