What do you need to be a full athlete?
Skills and Conditioning!
Martial Arts/Boxing Conditioning Program
You may never want to get into the ring but the speed, power and balance of boxing conditioning translate in a big way to many other sports and can get you into the best shape of your life. By incorporating martial arts training you will gain REAL techniques and skills that can impact your life far beyond the gym. Techniques from San Lung Tao, encompassing karate, kung fu, judo, kobujutsu and several other arts, are used to build a well-rounded skill set for defense and personal development.
A full Martial Arts training regime is available separately from our fitness programs. Information is available in-person.
The Full Athlete
The JT Sports Conditioning Programs develop the components needed to be great at your sport and to develop into a full athlete. The programs focus on fundamentals such as strength, power, agility and speed for specific sports while keeping sight of the ultimate goal to develop a well-balanced athlete. Rotary power for baseball or softball, explosive speed for soccer or football, agility for basketball or tennis, you don’t get these things from practice alone. If you want to be your best you need consistent relevant proven training.

"Since childhood I was always very physically active. I went to ballet classes, was on every team in school and loved to walk on my hands. As a young adult I found Yoga and loved it, becoming a teacher. I never liked going to gyms or working out until I was introduced to Jeff at JT Fitness about 4 years ago. We began working out, then practiced Kung Fu and eventually moved to kickboxing. Jeff is an exceptional teacher in his zen like manner he takes you to your full potential. I don’t think I could work with another trainer after having been trained by Jeff. My passion for kickboxing (in my 60s) and Jeff’s vast knowledge of martial arts has changed my life." –Ani Kalfayan
