Some things are so good you just have to share with a friend. JT Personal Fitness offers small group training for up to four people allowing you to share without sacrificing your personal goals. Programs can be tailored to any level and can include any of our programs including a mix of circuit, core, calisthenics, boxing, agility or sport training.
